"My wife asked if I'd consider switching our lawn to ..."

After putting up with years of me complaining about how expensive and time consuming it was to maintain our lawn, my wife asked if I'd consider switching our lawn to clover.  I did not like the idea.  However I kept an open mind and did some research and learned that clover lawns didn't need a lot of mowing or watering.  Additionally it had no fertilization needs, it reduced the use of herbicides and pesticides and most importantly, was resistant to dog pee! (We have FOUR dogs).

I was still resistant to the idea mainly because I found the little white flowers quite unsightly and I also learned that it attracts tons of bees!  While that might be great for some, we have small kids who love to play in the grass so that was a con for me. However we found a solution!  We treat our clover lawn with this colorant which not only makes the unsightly white clover flowers green, but it doesn't attract the bees as well! That's a win, win. The best part is that the wife's happy." Bertram Chang. Markham Ontario
