"Being new to Real Estate I wanted ..."

Being relatively new to real estate, I wanted all the help I could get to sell houses as fast as possible.  I'd heard through the grapevine that one of the top agents in the city used this service and had attributed it to his properties selling 27% faster than without it. TWENTY SEVEN PERCENT!  That did it for me ... if a successful veteran thought it worked then this was a no brainer I thought.  However the challenge I had was to convince the client that this was all part of the cost of selling the house and that I thought it was worth it. Unfortunately these clients were the type of people who were a little less concerned about lawn care than the average home owner.  Therefore they saw no value in it.

 

Despite this, I thought it was such a good idea that I decided to pay for the service myself (which in itself was a no brainer) since it was so affordable. (I'd go so far as to say cheap!)   Well, the results spoke for themselves, I sold that house in two days! Even though I've not built enough of a track record to say for sure if it made a difference in terms of the speed of the sale, I was convinced it did. Now every house I list HAS to have this treatment done, even if I have to pay for it myself."  G.S.  Toronto.
