"Any part time real estate agent can attest to the fact that it’s very difficult to be successful starting out. Unfortunately the facts are that most agents make one or even zero sales per year and only a select few make a large number of transactions. As a matter of fact only the top 10% of agents make more than 10 sales per year. This means that most agents are part time. As a woman (in a somewhat male dominated industry) and someone who doesn't work for a big name broker/firm I found it even more difficult. This all changed when I found this service.

"We've been clients of Greenlawnright now for about three years now. We've been using the treatments now about two or three times per year. Since the product speaks for itself, I want to talk about the customer service. It's above and beyond. The responsiveness is what's really impressive. I'm sure a lot of people can relate to emailing or leaving voice messages for companies or businesses (large and small) only to have to wait for days for a response. The responsiveness of Greenlawnrightnow is so quick it has spoiled me for dealing with other businesses. Within hours at most. Frequently within the hour. Never outside of 24 hours. I've often heard that there's nothing that builds credibility like great customer service and that was certainly true in our case.
The other biggee for us was flexibility. There have been a few times where situations were not so ideal and Greenlawnrightnow was able to work with us to get the job done. Quick example, these guys are busy. I mean busy. Apparently they do a lot of work for the Real estate industry so to get them for a "regular" client's preferred time to get a treatment done is sometimes a challenge. Despite that, on more than one occasion, Colin was willing to come out and do the job himself to help us out in a crunch!
