We're originally from California, and depending on where you are in the state, there’re always water restrictions.  Thus home owners use services like this pretty extensively because it’s really the only way you can get and maintain a green lawn with the water restrictions. I guess because we don’t have water restrictions here in Ontario there are not many of these services around.
