"If you're in Real Estate, you're doing yourself and your clients a disservice if ... "

"Quite frankly, if you're in Real Estate, you're doing yourself and your clients a disservice if you aren't using this service. As a broker it's my responsibility to make sure that our clients have the very best chance of getting their property sold as quickly and for as much as possible. This service is just another MUST HAVE towards that goal.

So many agents (especially recently because of the hot market here in the GTA) do the bare minimum in terms of getting a property "ready" for market.  At best they may do a little staging but its rare that they do anything to improve curb appeal. So often I drive around the city and see the For Sale signs sitting in an unkempt untidy yard/lawn. Some are not even mown!

GreenLawnRightNow goes a long way towards helping our brokerage fix that shortcoming by make that lawn next level. (over and above just "mowing")  This is huge for curb appeal . It's the little things that count in real estate sometimes. This is proven by the fact that we continue to have many, many "walk ins" just because they were attracted by the lawn.

The other reason that this is a no brainer is that it's so affordable.  Often times as agents we get a little pushback from clients when we suggest what clients see as "yet another cost" in getting a property ready for market. However at an average cost of 150 to 300 bucks this is ridiculously inexpensive for something that can make this much of a difference in a property's curb appeal.

So much so that I advise my agents that even if the client objects to the cost, they should serviously consider paying for it on behalf of the client, THAT'S how much of a difference it's made for us.

As one of the top brokerages in the country, I have to say I was reluctant to give this review because this was our agency's "little secret" for a while now by that's ok ... there's enough business out there for all of us!.  My only condition was that my name and that of my brokerage was withheld. (for obvious reasons)"
