As of late 2025 we decided to add standalone mowing as another service that we would offer. (Our main service is our "GREEN" lawn treatment service.)

  

The reason we decided to add it was quite simply because of demand.  This demand actually started and then grew from our main "GREEN" lawn treatment service. 

 

Passersby who saw us doing a "GREEN" lawn treatment job would see the next level quality of our mowing (the portion of the prep we do in our "Showcase/Staging" GREEN lawn treatment package) and would ask if we offered a standalone "mowing service".

The other reason we started was because lots of our Real Estate agent clients (who use our GREEN" lawn treatment service) ended up wanting us to follow up with maintaining the lawn (mowing) after treatment.

So why us and why do we we call it our "Boutique" mowing service?

 

Well, most lawn care services out there who mow people's lawns do a very basic/rudimentary job. Why? Because to do a "next level" job takes effort and most importantly ... time. 

 

In the general lawn care business industry time is money, which leads to a very "basic" service. 

 

What this means that they just cut your grass and then do a quick clean up by blowing off your driveway and/or sidewalk. That's it. The biggest downside to this basic service is that the cut grass is left on your lawn. This grass quickly browns (as it dries out) and leaves unsightly furrows or rows in your lawn.  See pic at the bottom of this page.

What we do is a lot more than just cut your grass and blow off your sidewalk/driveway.

* Every job is done with a freshly sharpened mower blade. Why is this important? Dull blades do not cut cleanly but instead tend to tear off the grass blades leaving jagged edges which can make them more susceptible to diseases like lawn fungus. This is where you see a mown lawn with the tips of the grass brown.

Incidentally, because this portion of our service grew out of our main service ("GREEN" lawn treatment service) we decided to offer it at a competitive price with the lawn mowing companies out there.  In other words, we offering MORE VALUE for the SAME cost.

 

Because of this, this mowing portion of our service is threatening to take over our main business!
