Question 31: I get the impression that you guys are so busy that there's often a wait time. Is there any way to get a rush job?

Yes, you are correct. Because of the popularity of the service there's sometimes can be a back up of jobs, so much so that I myself have to go out from time to time to help out!

Most of our clients are Real Estate professionals who tend to know in advance when they'd like the service done since (I'm guessing) it's based on their listings.

 

However "residential" customers may from time to time need a rush job. A change in the date for an event (eg: wedding, BBQ, etc) would be an example.

To try to accommodate those folks, we charge a nominal "rush job fee" starting at $50 and topping off at $100. (paid  at the time of booking in advance of the job)

 

The actual amount of the fee (between $50 and $100) is based on how much sooner you want it done.
